Randall Alle-Corliss, LCSW

Randy is a licensed clinical social worker with a broad range of professional experience. He has worked in a variety of community agencies, with many client populations. At California State University, Fullerton, he earned a bachelor's degree in psychology. After he had graduated with his psychology degree, he began taking courses in the human services department at California State University, Fullerton, where he received considerable training and experience in facilitating groups. After working several years as a community worker in a county and state funded mental health center, he entered the graduate school of social work at the University of Southern California in 1978, concentrating in mental health. The professional positions Randy has since held include clinical therapist/psychiatric social worker, community outreach coordinator, outreach/crisis intervention counselor, group counselor, fieldwork coordinator, and field instructor. He has worked at both county-contracted and state mental health centers and has worked as a therapist in the Kaiser Permanente Department of Psychiatry for over 18 years. He is currently the Manager of the Kaiser Fontana Department of Psychiatry. At a National Organization of Human Service Providers annual conference, he was a featured speaker on men's issues and men's groups. In addition to helping clients therapeutically, Randy is committed to human service education. For the last 21 years, he has taught undergraduate courses in the human services department at California State University, Fullerton. For two of those years he taught full time and more recently, he has divided his time between direct clinical practice, his management duties at Kaiser Permanente and part time teaching. Randy currently also has a small private practice, providing counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, families and marital couples utilizing a range of therapies.
